EEC sponsored and attended the 54th Spring American Bar Association (ABA) Environment, Energy, and Resources Section (SEER) Conference in March 2025. This event on environmental law brought top practitioners, experts, and thought leaders together in Philadelphia for a deep dive into some of the most compelling and timely topics in the field of environment, energy, and resources law and cheesesteaks!

Top practitioners shared practical lessons on navigating potentially responsible party (PRP) groups, negotiating contracts in the PFAS era, ethical considerations for working with environmental consultants, and the intricacies of Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting. Representatives from multiple EEC offices including our new Philadelphia office connected with old and new friends and participated in discussions on critical issues for our industry.
