EEC presented at the latest Tri-State Seminar in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 6th – 8th. EEC’s Joseph Jenkins spoke about the fats, oils, and grease (FOG) scoring system EEC has developed to effectively categorize risk-based food service establishment (FSE). Since its inception in 1984, the Tri-State Seminar, organized by the Arizona Water Association, the California Water Environment Association, and the Nevada Water Environment Association, has been providing affordable, high quality education to water and waste water operators across the Western United States. The seminar was held at the South Point Hotel & Casino and provided the opportunity for up to 21 continuing education contact hours.
