Environmental Site Assessment Services

EEC Environmental (EEC) currently holds a contract with a Southern Californian School District for Environmental Site Assessment Services. EEC also conducts the following services as needed: Phase I ESAs, soil stockpile sampling, Phase II ESAs, Preliminary Environmental Assessments (PEAs), Supplemental Site Investigations, Work Plans, Public Participation Plans, Public Hearing Support, Removal Action Work Plans (RAWs), Remedial Action Plans (RAPs), Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies (RI/FS), Oversight (RAW/RAP Implementation), and Gas Mitigation (Methane and Radon Surveys, Mitigation Design, and Monitoring and Reporting of Gas Mitigation System Operation).

EEC conducts Phase I ESAs in accordance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries (40 CFR 312) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (ASTM Designation E1527-13).  Our geologists, hydrogeologists, and engineers also have experience with a wide range of remedial approaches and the development of the accompanying remedial action plans (RAPs).
