ShoreTel Voicemail Remote Access

  1. Get to the main “EEC greeting” recording in one of two ways:
    1. Call 714-954-2499
    2. Call your own direct line and when you get to your voicemail, hit *
  2. When you hear the main EEC Greeting, hit #
  3. You will hear “Welcome to the Shoretel phone system…please enter your extension number”; enter your extension
  4. It will ask for your voicemail password; enter that and you’ll then be able to listen to your voicemails
